Round Meat Yakiniku BBQ(Also for Chuck roll))


Ingredients(for 4 servings)

- 300〜400g Round Meat (with sause) Click here to buy
[Seasoning]
- 2 table spoon sugar
- 2 table spoon soy sauce
- 1 table spoon sesame oil
- 1/2 piece grated garlic
- Touch of pepper

200〜250g Chuck Roll Meat (salt grilled) Click here to buy
[Salt Grilled]
- Salt and pepper: a little
- 1/2 lemon
- 6 table spoon chopped green onion

[Sause]
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1/2 grated garlic
- 2 table spoon sugar
- 2 table spoon mirin
- 4〜5 table spoon soy sause
- 1 table spoon hot pepper
- 1 table spoon white sesame

[Vegetables]
- 7〜8 pieces sunny lettuce
- 1/2 onion
- 1 eggplant
- 1/8 pumpkin
- 2 green pepper
- 1/2 konnyaku

[Mixed Sauce]
- 1 table spoon tenmenjan
- 2 table spoon kochijan
- 1 tea spoon say sauce
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1.5 table spoon grated sesami
- 1 tea spoon sesame oil
- 1 table spoon grated green onion
- some salad oils

  1. Round Meat (Yakiniku cut) add [Seasoning] and fir. Mix the ingredients from [Sauce], [Mixed Sauce]. For Chuck roll meat cut the lemon into 4 pieces. Drain off the water from the sunny lettuces and make it cool just before eat.

  2. Cut onion into 1cm and fix with the toothpicks as pix. Cut off stem end of eggplant and cut it into 7〜8 mm in round slice. Cut pumpkin into thin slice. Cut green pepper lengthwise into fourths and cut off the stem end. Cut konnyaku into 5mm and boil for 1 minute and drain off the hot water.

  3. Heat up yakiniku plate or hot plate and grease.   

      

  4. Firstly, grill on both side chuck roll yakiniku cut, which is added salt and pepper beforehand, and squirt the meat with a bit of lemon and wrap chopped green onion.
  5. Then, grease on the hot plate and put round meat yakiniku cut and vegetables and konnyaku.

  6. Torn sunny lettuce into bite sized pieces and put thin coat of [Mixed sauce] and wrap baked beef, vegetables and/or konnyaku together with [Sauce] before eat.
